This includes exported videos and interactive quiz projects, subject to these terms and any applicable source-provider restrictions.
Asset License & Usage Terms
These terms explain how music, sound effects, clip art, backgrounds, presets, templates and other included Quivora assets may be used.
You may not redistribute the raw asset files.
Do not resell, share, extract, repackage or offer Quivora assets as a standalone library or download.
01 · What this license covers
This license covers assets made available inside Quivora Studio, including clip art, backgrounds, music, sound effects, presets, templates and similar creative resources.
02 · Permitted use
- Use included assets while creating projects inside Quivora Studio.
- Export projects as videos or interactive quizzes.
- Use finished exports for personal, educational, client or commercial content where the relevant asset rights allow it.
- Edit, resize, crop, recolor or combine assets as part of a Quivora project.
03 · Not permitted
- Resell or redistribute the original asset files.
- Offer Quivora music, SFX, clip art, templates or presets as a competing asset pack or download library.
- Share, extract or publish raw files so other people can reuse them independently from Quivora.
- Claim exclusive ownership over an unmodified included asset.
04 · Music and sound effects
Music and sound effects included in Quivora may be used as part of finished Quivora projects where Quivora has the right to provide that use. The raw audio files may not be redistributed, resold or extracted as a standalone music or SFX library.
05 · AI-generated and third-party assets
Some assets may originate from AI tools, licensed marketplaces, or other third-party providers. Where a third-party license or provider terms impose additional restrictions, those terms continue to apply. Quivora does not grant rights it does not have.
06 · Customer uploads
You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use files you upload to Quivora. Uploading a file does not transfer ownership or create new usage rights.
07 · Finished exports
A finished export may contain Quivora assets as part of a larger creative work. You may publish and monetize that finished work when the applicable asset rights allow it. This does not permit redistribution of the underlying raw assets.
08 · Questions about an asset
If you are unsure whether a specific asset can be used for a particular commercial purpose, contact Quivora Support before publishing.
